Contract talks between the Denver Broncos and Von Miller are at an impasse after the Super Bowl MVP rejected a six-year, $114.5 million contract.

The reason? Only the first two years are guaranteed, and Miller wants three — a number that's pretty standard these days.

Given the goodwill that the Broncos and top exec John Elway have built up in recent years, it wouldn't have been surprising if this news had led to attacks on Miller for being greedy and entitled.

But, no: While some members of Twitter Nation are on the Broncos' side, the vast majority of fan tweets we've seen want Miller in Denver orange for the long haul and tell the team to pony up for the privilege.

The message in each of the twenty tweets below (including one from a New England Patriots fan): Pay the man.
