The event is a quarter-century in the making. When we were planning our wedding, I told Deb that she could make every decision as long as I could have my dream ceremony 25 years later. I’m sure she spent much of the time since then hoping I’d forget that she accepted this deal — but how could anyone forget something as important as that?
