Eddie Royal was bummed during Sunday's faceoff with Miami, even though he had a better game than most of his teammates.

On Sunday, the Denver Broncos had a home game against the Miami Dolphins -- a team they should have beaten like the presidential candidate for the Prohibition Party. But after catching five minutes of the first quarter, I knew as surely as I know my own phone number that they were going to lose. So instead of suffering through the agony to come, I went with my two daughters and my wife to see High School Musical 3: Senior Year -- and while it wasn't exactly a work of genius, it was a helluva lot more fun than watching the Broncos come up on the short end of a 26-17 final score.

Sorry, Jay Cutler. You took it in the shorts from Zac Efron, too. In a manner of speaking. -- Michael Roberts
