There's a wave of health-centered restaurants hitting the metro area: Lyfe Kitchen recently opened at Park Meadows Mall, and now yesterday it was joined by Seasons 52, which promises nothing over 450 calories on a menu that uses "rustic techniques like oak-fire grilling and brick-oven roasting to highlight natural flavors," according to website for the chain, which boasts more than thirty restaurants nationwide. Our photographer, Danielle Lirette, headed over to Seasons 52 to see what's cooking.
In addition to its standard menu, Seasons 52 offers alternative menus ranging from gluten-free and vegetarian choices to lists for vegans and the garlic-sensitive.
Seasons 52 is open from 11 a.m to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Keep reading for more photos.
