Andrew Myhre and Steve Longman opened their Inside Scoop Creamery in downtown Littleton two years ago, serving house-made ice cream from a quaint shop on Prince Street. Now they’re bringing Inside Scoop to Denver, with a new shop on Platte Street next door to the Savory Spice Shop

Myhre says the new shop will be very similar to to original location and will serve 20 flavors of ice cream, all made on-premises. “We’re hoping to open at the end of June, but it might end up being July,” he adds.

The new space, while smaller than the ice cream shop in Littleton, will have room for a few tables for those looking to beat the summer heat while enjoying a scoop. In addition to a core menu of flavors, Myhre and Longman rotate in new and seasonal flavors on a regular basis and also make their own waffle cones.
