Big Red F and Lola welcome guest chef Javier Plascencia, a Baja star brought to Denver by Big Red F founder Dave Query and founding Lola chef Jamey Fader, who visited him in Mexico last month, for a special collaboration dinner tonight.
Chef Plascencia, who has appeared on No Reservations With Anthony Bourdain , Bizarre Foods and more, will be working with the Lola team to create six Baja-Mediterranean courses with drink pairings.
