First Look: Beckon Is Denver's First All-Chef's-Counter Restaurant

Welcome to Beckon, Denver's only restaurant exclusively serving chef's tasting menus. The seventeen-seat eatery opens on Wednesday, November 21, as the dinner half of Beckon|Call at 2845 Larimer Street. Call, which opened in January, serves breakfast, lunch, coffee, cocktails and housemade breads and pastries. Partners Duncan Holmes (the chef), Allison Anderson (the general manager) and Craig Lieberman (founder of 34 Degrees Crisps) have created a unique experience where guests purchase tickets in advance and are led through an eight-course menu that evolves with the seasons.
