Katy Perry annoyed the hell out of us when she first came out with that damn "I Kissed a Girl" song. It was as annoying as it was inescapable. As much as we hate to admit it, though, Perry has kind of worn on us -- probably because our better half plays the hell out of her latest single, "Waking Up In Vegas," which has finally worn down our defenses thanks to repetition. We've got to imagine that there's people in this here United States that probably feel the same way about 3OH!3 and that damn "Don't Trust Me" song, which was just certified double platinum. With in mind, the forces of the universe must have conspired against us or something because here we have them together on one track, Ms. Perry and the 3OH!3 hooligans, doing a remix of a song that we were never to terribly fond of to begin with, "Starstrukk." Be that as it may, we're really digging the remix. Could be the bridge toward the end in which Perry kind of sounds like P!nk. (We've got a thing for her, you know. P!nk, not Perry.) Whatever it is, it's just doing it for us right now. Listen for yourself after the jump and then feel free to weigh in with your own thoughts.
