This past weekend's chef demo at the Union Station Farmers Market came from chef DJ Dagle of
Briar Common Brewery + Eatery, who found just the right ingredients for panzanella made with farm-fresh ingredients and local bread and cheese. "Panzanella is a pretty easy and cool dish for the summer," says the chef. "You don't have to cook all day and can even put the bread on the grill if you want." Bread from
