Lucy’s Burger Bar

This small burger joint serves up molten cheese-stuffed burgers for the masses. The spot’s founders hail from Minnesota – the birthplace of the OG Juicy Lucy – and brought their hometown’s creation to the Mile High City in 2021. It also serves up standard single and double burgers (with or without cheese), a chicken sandwich and an “epic” grilled cheese.
