The Lyons Farmette and chef Alec Schuler of Arugula and Tangerine will team up for a six-course, farm-to-table dinner from 6 to 9:30 p.m. today at the Farmette. The menu will be cooked up from ingredients sourced almost completely from Lyons Farmette and within Boulder County; dishes include chilled Rocky Ford melon soup, braised Spring Tree Farm rabbit risotto, Colorado Wagyu beef filet mignon and more.
