Many well-known TV series have been set in Colorado over the years, everything from Mork & Mindy to Everwood to South Park. But there have also been plenty of obscure shows set in this state, and we dredged up ten of those in "Ten TV shows you didn't know were set in Colorado."
According to one commenter, they were better left forgotten. See also: - Ten TV shows you didn't know were set in Colorado - Ten movies and TV shows set in Colorado -- but filmed somewhere else
This could have also been titled "Ten TV Shows You've Never Heard Of, Regardless of Their Setting." Just sayin'.
Stargate SG-1 was "set" here (rather, its command post was in the old NORAD facility in Colorado Springs) but filmed in British Columbia, which is where every TV show requiring lots of trees in the background is now filmed, it seems.
On the flip side, there are the Perry Mason movies from the late 80s/early 90s, many of which were filmed in Denver but not, as far as I know, actually set here.
What was your favorite show allegedly set in Colorado? How about actually filmed here?
