Shweta Kumar is an Assistant Professor of Law at UK Rosenberg College of Law, where she teaches Patent Law, Property, and Professional Responsibility. Professor Kumar’s areas of research include patent law, FDA law, access to medicine, and health privacy. Her work has been published or is forthcoming in publications such as Cornell Law Review, Washington University Law Review, and Health Affairs.
