Roaming Buffalo Bar-B-Que opened this past winter, bringing some heat to the city’s often disappointing barbecue scene. Gretchen Kurtz found a few smoking’ dishes when she recently reviewed Roaming Buffalo Bar-B-Que. But where there’s smoke, there’s ire — and readers are once again debating the merits of barbecue in Denver, including the offerings at Roaming Buffalo. Says Eric:
I’ll believe it when I try it. Denver is a wasteland when it comes to BBQ.

Why don’t they embrace BBQ more here? I guess if you can’t slather green chili all over it, it ain’t worth bragging about. Huh? Smh. There are some awesome BBQ places here.
