This month Zengo is introducing a new menu featuring over twenty dishes inspired by chef Richard Sandoval’s recent tasting tours of Hong Kong, Tokyo and Thailand. In celebration, the restaurant will hold a meet-and-greet VIP cocktail reception with Sandoval from 5 to 7 p.m. today. Guests can mingle and toast with Sandoval, and starting at 7 p.m., Zengo will serve a three-course wine-pairing dinner that features dishes from the new Culinary Tour menu. The kitchen will be serving hamachi ceviche, broiled scallops and Shanghai strip steak, each paired with wine. Seating is limited for the dinner, which is $65 per person; for reservations and more information, call Zengo at 720-904-0965.
You can drink for a cause at the Irish Snug tonight. Starting at 7 p.m., $2 of every Breckenridge Brewery beer sold will go to support the efforts of Conservation Colorado.
