Onefold means whole or complete, and Gretchen Kurtz wholly and completely loved breakfast and lunch at the super-cute east Denver eatery of the same name. And we’re all looking forward to when Onefold becomes even more complete: Kurtz also mentioned that the place would soon unfold dinner hours, too.

Mark Antonation stopped by another cozy spot: chef Ian Kleinman’s soon-to-open Inventing Room, where mad-scientist desserts will be the name of the game. But coffee hound Chelsea Keeney sniffed out the smallest place yet: Overt, a coffee shop barely wide enough to stir in your sugar without bumping your elbows, which opened next door to Vert Kitchen in a space that only sports a half-address. The coffee bar at 712 1/2 South Pearl Street is the creation of Vert owners Andrew Douglas and Noah Stephens. In other news:
