Torchy’s Tacos on Broadway is finally starting to look like a restaurant. While the company had originally planned to open in 2015, construction and permitting delays have pushed out the timeline. But a date has been set and Torchy’s will open on January 12. To help get Denver in the spirit, the sign on the north side of the building has been lit as a kind of visual Pavlov’s bell to get Broadway drivers and pedestrians drooling.
The red tiles on the marquee are actually red highway reflectors commonly seen on Texas roadways. Check the Torchy’s website for deals and grand-opening announcements in advance of the big day.
