The Udi’s Bakery Cafes scattered around town underwent a somewhat confusing name change in 2014, becoming Etai’s Bakery Cafes. What hasn’t changed is the comfortable neighborhood vibe and the great food. The Stapleton location is one of only a couple that are open all day, serving up sandwiches for both breakfast, lunch and dinner, bowls and salads.
