Los Chingones DTC

Troy Guard made the 2400 block of Larimer Street the taco the town with Los Chingones, a stylish taqueria he opened there at the end of 2013, ten blocks and a world away from his flagship restaurant, TAG. The second outpost of his "bad-ass" eatery opened in November 2015 in the Belleview Station development, offering the same menu of tacos -- little works of art with quality meats and vibrant toppings. But that’s just the start: You’ll also find great guacamole and an incredible roster of cocktails from a bar almost completely devoted to tequila. The middle sibling of the familia Chingones also features a raw bar with shrimp, oysters and Mexican-style ceviches to tempt you away from your tacos.
