Prost Brewing

Prost stands out amongst the numerous craft breweries in Denver by only brewing pilsners, bocks, dunkels and other light German lagers. The LoHi brewery also possesses one of the largest brewhouses in the state – a gorgeous seventy-barrel system that the owners acquired from a brewery that was closing in the famous beer-making region of Bamberg, Germany.
