Silvi's Kitchen

The bakers at Izzio Artisan Bakery (formerly Udi's) sell loaves of bread all over the Front Range, providing the staple for restaurants and filling home bread boxes via farmers' markets and Whole Foods. And in Glendale, the bread's available at Silvi's Kitchen, a restaurant that occupies a vast corner spot in the CitySet development. Those who come in to dine can order off a menu filled with sandwiches, burgers and pizza; patrons making a quick stop can order coffee and grab-and-go at the counter up front. The cafe also has a full bar, which pours ten different kinds of absinthe. After all, man does not live by bread alone.
