The 26th annual Rocky Mountain Folks Festival is at Planet Bluegrass Ranch in Lyons this weekend and includes a stellar lineup, including the Decemberists, Andrew Bird, Conor Oberst, Lucinda Williams, Passenger and Mavis Staples.
