Rape Is a Crime rally at Confluence Park raises flags against victim-blaming (PHOTOS)

Last week, we previewed "I Didn't Ask For It: Rape Is a Crime, Being Raped Is Not," a Saturday gathering at Confluence Park at which the Guerilla Urban Art Force planned to display 150 flags fighting the blame-the-victim mentality. "It was a very powerful and moving day," notes GUAR's Bridget Hill, who helped conceive the art project/consciousness-raising project after the man accused of raping one of her friends was acquitted.
