It's been more than six months since we last shared the updated list of Colorado's most wanted sex offenders — a roster that got a big shakeup after Calvin Nagy, who'd held down the number-one spot, was arrested in Mexico.

As you might expect, there have been additional changes since then.

For instance, two members of the current five most-wanted offenders don't officially qualify, since one has been arrested and another is officially in compliance with state regulations.

That's why our top ten features twelve entries, including sexually violent predator Michael Keslar, seen above, who's been sought since 2003 — by far the longest of anyone on the list.

See information about the dozen entries below, including physical descriptions and information about their original offenses. For more information, click here.

Keep Westword Free... Since we started Westword, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Denver, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism.
