Fate Brewing Company opened its doors at 1600 38th Street in Boulder this week. While the brewpub can't brew on-premise just yet, it's serving collaborative concoctions on its thirty taps, courtesy of eight other Boulder-area breweries. And today it will add lunch to the lineup. Fate Brewing Company opened its doors at 1600 38th Street in Boulder this week. While the brewpub can't brew on-premise just yet, it's serving collaborative concoctions on its thirty taps, courtesy of eight other Boulder-area breweries. And today it will add lunch to the lineup. Westword's Danielle Lirette stopped by recently for a peek at the space.

Fate Brewing will begin lunch service at 11 a.m. today, it's already been open for dinner at 5 p.m. every evening. And once the brewhouse is up and running, there will be a second grand opening celebration; check the Facebook page for updates.
