Flour and Fire, the dinner series at the original Pizzeria Locale in Boulder, is designed to showcase Pizzeria Locale's pizza oven as the restaurant expands beyond pizza to explore traditional southern Italian cooking "al forno" with the head pizzaiolo Matt Perez. The dinner starting at 7:30 p.m. is $45 per person; for more information, call the pizzeria at 303-442-3003.
In honor of year one for Atticus, chef Matt Mine will be offering a Chef's Tasting Menu all week; the lineup will change daily.
