Saturday, October 6:

Chipotle's Cultivate Food, Ideas & Music Festival goes down in City Park today from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The one-day festival -- which Chipotle introduced last year in Chicago -- will celebrate fresh, sustainable and affordable food with local artisan food vendors, specialty beers and wine, kids' activities and more. There's also a killer lineup of live music (including Best Coast and Okkervil River); go to the website for more information. And here's a tip: the first 1,000 people through the gates will get tickets for free food at any of the Chipotle food stations.

Lucky Pie Pizza & Tap House, 1610 16th Street, is tapping two limited-edition beers from Odell Brewing Co. tonight: Bourbon Barrel Stout and Haven and Hale Peach ale. Call 303-825-1021 to check availability.Saturday, October 6 (continued):

Today is German-American Day at Karl's Deli, 6878 South Yosemite Street. The fourth annual, family-friendly event features live music, folk-dance performances, food, soccer and plenty of Paulaner beer. Check the website for a full schedule of festivities.

Lucky's Market, 3960 Broadway Street in Boulder, is celebrating the fall season by hosting a patio party and serving up roasted pork, vegetarian chili, kale apple slaw and desserts from its Bakehouse. There will also be live music from Dylan Ruxin and the Wolftones. The harvest fest runs from 1 to 4 p.m.; visit the market's Facebook page for more details.

Sunday, October 7:

Denver Gourmet presents a food truck and Broncos tailgating party at 46th and Tennyson Street today. The trucks: Capt'n Crabby, StreetEats, Mestizos Food Truck, AikoPops, the Tasterie Truck, the Crock Spot, N.Z's Smokin' Guns, the Panna Cotta Peddler, Good Food Denver and Hey PB&J -- beer and wine will be flowing as well, and live music will cap the party off.
