But openings (and reopenings) continued to outweigh the closings. Pickleball is still a hit in Colorado; courts are on the menu at Chicken N Pickle in Thornton, and Relish Food Hall in Louisville. Milk Market didn't add sports to its food hall, but it does have several new offerings. And yes, dumplings are a thing!
