Photos: Izakaya Den debuts its new rooftop patio today

Last month, Izakaya Den opened the doors to its sleek new space at 1487 South Pearl Street, right next to its sibling, Sushi Den. But only the first floor was ready for business. Izakaya Den's new "global" menu emphasizes "Japanese techniques and traditions blended with contemporary flavors," and there's a cocktail list to match, as well as a sake list with over 100 options.

Izakaya Den is open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday and lunch on Saturday and Sunday; it's closed on Monday. For more information, go to the restaurant's website or call 303-777-0691.
