Today you can spend a couple of hours at Nosh & Posh, as food and fashion trucks again roll into Civic Center Park from 11:30 to 1:30 p.m. (for more information, click here) and then you can spend the evening at one of special events pairing wine, beer or spirits with special menus. The tasty details:

La Biblioteca will hold a Tapas & Tequila event at 7 p.m. today. Chef Robert Juan has crafted a four-course menu to be paired with Delirio Mezcal, for $35 per person. Call La Biblioteca at 720-904-0965 to save your spot.

Cheese + Provisions is holding a Winter Beers and Cheese pairing today at 7 p.m. The cold winter months mean big beers, and this course will teach you the basics of pairing holiday ales, barley wines, imperial stouts, porters and Belgians ales with a variety of cheeses. The class is $50 per person; get your tickets and all the details here

BookCliff Vineyards Winery is hosting Eric Skokan from Black Cat Farm Bistro for a five-course wine-pairing dinner at 6 p.m. this evening. Part of the winery's Local Chefs and Winemakers series, the dinner is $75 per person, which includes wine pairings. Check out the menu and make your reservations at bookcliffvineyards.com.
