Elway's Downtown will be open and serving a three-course, prix fixe twist on the traditional Christmas dinner. Enjoy the Feast of the Seven Fishes at Jax Fish House in Fort Collins before Midnight Mass tonight. Argyll Whisky Beer will be offering a $35 prix fixe three-course meal featuring dishes such as butternut soup with chorizo apple compote, mussels with saffron broth, a traditional roast and cauliflower curry.
