Dish, Westword's eighteenth annual food-and-drink festival, will fill the Sculpture Park at the Denver Performing Arts Complex tomorrow night with great entertainment, great drinks and great food from restaurants and trucks that have been hand-selected by Cafe Society scribes. VIP tickets -- which cost $75 and can be purchased here, or possibly won here -- get you you into the event ninety minutes early and earn you exclusive treats from Central Bistro and Bar and Tony's Bistro.

Here's what Central Bistro and Bar will be serving up:

Owner: Isiah Salazar

Chef: Lance Barto

What will you be serving at Dish? Two items from our bar menu: "Green eggs & ham" -- deviled eggs with herbs, goat cheese and La Quercio prosciutto; and "sweet & spicy corn nuts" -- fried hominy with spices and lime.

What's your favorite dish on your menu? Iowa pork and beans -- braised Bershire pork belly with Rancho Gordo Tepary beans and smoked tomato BBQ sauce.
