The Absinthe House is slated to open later this month in the former Foundry space at 1109 Walnut Street in Boulder, which has been vacant since November. Its website says it will be serving over forty beers from around the world and boasts the largest selection of genuine absinthe in any bar in North America. In addition to being a restaurant, the Absinthe House will be a nightclub that brings in DJs from around the world. We'll have more details as they become available.
