On July 6, 2010, at approximately 4:30 p.m. a male party entered a jewelry store located inside the Cherry Creek Mall. Once inside the man asked to see a loose Marquis Diamond valued at approximately $20,000.00. The suspect briefly examined the diamond and ran from the store taking the diamond. He was observed getting into a black Chevrolet Monte Carlo, Colorado license plate number # 002LAT. The plate lists to an address in Pueblo, Colorado. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, between 22 and 29 years old, 5'10", approximately 180 pounds, heavy build, short brown hair, and brown eyes. The suspect is described as wearing a white t-shirt, black jean pants and athletic shoes.
