Today you can dive into America’s best outdoor market according to USA Today. In recent polling, the Boulder County Farmers’ Market won the top spot on the publication’s 10 Best Farmers’ Markets list, beating out markets in cities like Burlington, San Francisco and Seattle. Go Fish! will bring together top chefs – including California’s Dory Ford, as well as local stars Sheila Lucero, Kelly Whitaker, Alex Seidel, Troy Guard and Paul Reilly – for an evening celebrating sustainable seafood. They’re teaming up with the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch to put on an evening of tasty and eco-conscious food and drinks, with fish from the Seattle Fish Co.
