Brandon opened plant-based food vendor SRYBB Foods in 2021, appearing at farmers’ markets, local events and bars. After closing SRYBB in 2025, he remains engaged in the Denver mobile food scene and enjoys seeing how mobile food vendors influence the broader culinary landscape. Brandon now works in public policy and is particularly passionate about how agriculture and economic policy impact the food you eat and the restaurants you love.
