 No. 15: I’m Peach Mint Sorbet at High Point Creamery
 If you’re feeling feisty about the current political climate, you can make a statement while enjoying a refreshing new sorbet flavor at High Point in the Hilltop neighborhood or at the Denver Central Market. Owner Erika Thomas mixes nothing but real peaches, fresh mint leaves and sugar to achieve a dairy-free delight that’s packed with peach flavor and brightened with minty zing. The sorbet went on sale on March 1 and will be available for the next three months, with 10 percent of all pint sales going toward the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network – so grab a cone or a scoop at the shop and then take some home to enjoy later.
“So far, everything has been very positive,” Thomas says of the response to I’m Peach Mint.
There’s plenty more happening at High Point as Thomas rolls out several new flavors and brings back a few fan favorites. Check out Put the Lime in the Coconut Milk (made with graham crackers for a Key lime pie vibe), Strawberry-Rhubarb Crisp, and Violet & Lime if you’re looking for something new, or luxuriate in Cherry Miso with Chocolate Freckles, a combo that Thomas created based on an idea from Linger owner Justin Cucci. They’re all perfect for the warm days of spring to come.
