The Wolf’s Tailor

Audio By Carbonatix
The Michelin Guide made a big splash in the local culinary scene when it released its first Colorado edition in September 2023, covering Denver, Boulder, Aspen and Snowmass Village, the Town of Vail and Beaver Creek Resort.
Last year, additions included Alma Fonda Fina, which was the first non-tasting menu restaurant in the state to earn a star.
After making our predictions, we now know who made the cut in 2025, including Colorado’s first two-starred restaurant, the Wolf’s Tailor, plus three new one-star eateries.
Here are all of the restaurants included in this year’s Colorado Michelin Guide:

Colorado’s Michelin Star Restaurants
Restaurants can earn one, two or three stars based on five criteria: quality products, the harmony of flavors, the mastery of cooking techniques, the voice and personality of the chef reflected in the cuisine, and consistency between each visit and throughout the menu. According to Michelin, several factors are not considered, including interior decor, table settings and service quality.
