Fall is officially here, and that means a gold rush of leaf-peeping, pumpkin patches and a slew of cool concerts.
Red Rocks will be closing out its 2025 season with a bang, with performances from such artists as Lorde and T-Pain, while Mission Ballroom will be packed with shows featuring Addison Rae, Trey Anastasio Band and more.
These are the most-anticipated concerts touring to Denver from now through the end of November:
Modest Mouse
Wednesday, October 1, 8 p.m.
Mission Ballroom
Modest Mouse is one of those classic bands you’ll love to see over and over again. Since forming in 1993, the band has released seven albums, finding mainstream fame behind 2004’s Good News for People Who Love Bad News, which included the hit single “Float On.” Built To Spill will open the show at Mission Ballroom.

The Jonas Brothers
Thursday, October 2, 7:30 p.m.
Ball Arena
Millennials who grew up with the Jonas Brothers will be excited about this one. Nick, Kevin and Joe Jonas are celebrating twenty years of performing together, as well as their new album, Greetings From Your Hometown.
HAIM
Friday, October 3, 7:30 p.m.
Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater
Fiddler’s Green will close out its season with the sister-trio HAIM, which is touring in support of its fourth studio album, I quit. The band Dora Jar will open the show.

Sleep Token
Friday, October 3, 8 p.m
Ball Arena
The alternative-metal group Sleep Token has released its fourth offering, Even In Arcadia, and is supporting the album on a tour that hits just seventeen cities — Denver is one of the lucky ones.
Chase and Status
Saturday, October 4, 6 p.m.
Project 70
The iconic electronic duo Chase and Status will be at Denver’s newest pop-up venue, Project 70, for a night to remember. The two musicians, who formed the project in England in 2003, have collaborated with the likes of Rihanna, CeeLo Green and more while also pioneering drum-and-bass music.
Young the Giant
Tuesday, October 7, 6:30 p.m.
Red Rocks Amphitheatre
Young the Giant is still rocking out since releasing its debut self-titled album in 2010, after years performing as the Jakes. The band has stayed strong in indie rock since, and will be joined at Red Rocks by Saint Motel and Jade Bird.

Wednesday, October 8, 7 p.m.
Red Rocks Amphitheatre
Jazzy pop singer and multi-instrumentalist Laufey has been the name on everyone’s lips since she released her 2022 debut, Everything I know About Love; her followup, Bewitched, took home a Grammy for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album in 2024. Her third album, A Matter of Time, just dropped in August. Suki Waterhouse will warm up the crowd before Laufey takes the stage.
Paul McCartney

Coors Field
Paul McCartney is on his Got Back Tour, which hits Coors Field on October 11. The icon is sure to play all his hits, from the Beatles to the Wings. This is his first Colorado performance since 2010.
PUP & Jeff Rosenstock

Mission Ballroom
Get ready to mosh at this one. PUP makes voracious, fast punk music that is sure to whip up a pit, and Jeff Rosenstock has made a name for the same. Ekko Astral will open the show.

Chance the Rapper
Sunday, October 12, 6:30 p.m.
Fillmore Auditorium
It was a good decision when Chance the Rapper took the opportunity to release his first mixtape while in detention in 2012. He was finding mainstream success by 2013 with Acid Rap, and in 2017, he won a Grammy for Best New Artist. He’s now on tour for STAR LINE, which dropped in August to critical acclaim.

Mission Ballroom
Addison Rae has made a successful transition from TikTok star to pop sensation this year behind her debut album, Addison, and a collaboration with Charli XCX. On her first headlining tour, Addison Rae will be at Mission Ballroom to share her bubblegum pop that gives you no choice but to dance.

Tuesday, October 14, 8 p.m.
Gothic Theatre
Fresh off its first studio album in fifteen years, Instant Holograms on Metal Films, the avant-pop group Stereolab is officially back.

Lorde is back, y’all. The powerful songstress will be headlining Red Rocks with some killer openers: Blood Orange and the Japanese House.

Thursday, October 16, 7 p.m.
Mission Ballroom
Matt Maeson is a soul-gripping singer-songwriter whose lyrics carry a relatable weight across each song. He just released the album A Quiet and Harmless Living in September, a continuation of vulnerable work, and we can’t wait to see how it translates live.

Sunday, October 19, 5 p.m.
Red Rocks Amphitheatre
The Ukrainian-Canadian DJ and producer Rezz will bring her midtempo bass music to the venue with several openers for each night: YDG, Shadient, NotLo and Tinykvt on Saturday, and AC Slater, AHEE, Digital Ethos and Curra on Sunday.

Gothic Theatre
Geese is really making a name for itself with a unique sound that blends post-punk, indie rock, classic rock and more. The live shows are always enigmatic and almost immersive; get a taste on on its latest album, Getting Killed.
Purity Ring

Mission Ballroom
Purity Ring makes infectious electronic indie pop, and is currently on tour for its latest, self-titled release. Opening acts include Yuniverse and a DJ set from Washed Out.

Ball Arena
Playboi Carti is bringing his Antagonist Tour to Ball Arena; it’s his first headline solo tour since 2021. The rapper’s latest album, the thirty-track MUSIC, secured yet another number-one spot on the Billboard 200, so expect to hear hits from that album as well as across his works.

Daily Bread has become one of the most popular acts in bass music; fortunately, Red Rocks gets fed two nights. Openers RJD2, Artifakts and Empress Rah will be there on Saturday, and Big Boi, Late Night Radio and Cloud Cunductor will warm things up on Sunday.

The Swedish post-punk group Viagra Boys has been making waves since forming in 2015. Known for skewering far-right ideologies and machismo, this is a band you want to support.

Last year, GWAR shredded up some presidents and other public figures in a bloody display the band has become known for. Concert-goers ordinarily wear white T-shirts that turn tie-dye by the end of the night from all of the gallons of fake blood the group brings to town.
Sigur Rós with Wordless Music Orchestra

Mission Ballroom
Icelandic band Sigur Rós has been captivating audiences since the ’90s with its unique, anthemic sound. The shows are always a visual spectacle that immerses audiences in the music, and the collaboration with Wordless Music Orchestra should take it to the next level, performing songs from across the band’s albums backed by a 41-piece orchestra.
Psychedelic Porn Crumpets

Psych-rock is really having a moment right now, and Psychedelic Porn Crumpets is yet another Australian band that’s pioneering it. This band can really lay down some jams that completely possess the crowd for a show you’ll never forget.

Fillmore Auditorium
Thundercat was a member of Suicidal Tendencies before moving to his groovy, jazzy, psychedelic sound he’s known for. The Los Angeles songwriter is coveted for his skills on the bass, collaborating with Kendrick Lamar on To Pimp a Butterfly, for which he won a Grammy. He also won a Grammy for his fourth solo album, It Is What Is.

Spafford is a top jam band, and it always brings the heat. Fusing multiple genres in long jams, this band delivers grooves that will keep you moving all night.

Lola Young is still scheduled to play the Fillmore, despite fainting at a show in late September. The star has risen fast, dubbed by Rolling Stone as an “alt-pop heroine” while Billboard notes her tunes encapsulate “a rock sound and bolder lyrics that deal with the chaos of life.” Keep your fingers crossed.
