NEW SHOWS / ON SALE THIS WEEK


Rush is making its way back to Denver for a show at the Pepsi Center on Friday, August 2 as part of its Clockwork Angels tour. Pre-sale tickets for Citi Cardmembers are on sale through Friday, February 22 at 5 p.m. and go on sale officially on Monday, February 25 at 10 a.m.

As reported yesterday, the Postal Service, which is set to release the tenth anniversary edition of Give Up on April 8, is set to stop by Red Rocks on Thursday, May 30. Pre-sale tickets are available starting today and officially go on sale this Saturday, February 23 at 10 a.m.

In what is absolutely sure to be yet another breath-taking collaboration, the Colorado Symphony Orchestra and Rodrigo y Gabriela are set to team up with each other at Red Rocks on Sunday, July 28. Tickets for this special show ($39.95-$59.50) go on sale this Saturday, February 23 at 10 a.m.

The remaining members of Death, the legendary death metal act fronted by the late Chuck Schuldiner, has reconvened to celebrate the memory of its frontman and to raise money for Sweet Relief. The outfit is slated to stop by the Gothic Theatre on Monday, April 15. Tickets ($27) go on sale this Saturday, February 23 at 10 a.m.

In honor of Danzig‘s 25th anniversary, Glenn Danzig and company are embarking on a short tour that includes a stop the Ogden Theatre on Friday, April 19. In addition to a full Danzig set, Doyle von Frankenstein is slated to join the band for a Misfits set. Tickets for the show ($30) go on sale this Saturday, February 23 at 10 a.m.

Finally, Deer Tick is making its way back to the Mile High City for a show at the Gothic Theatre on Thursday, April 4. Tickets ($22) go on sale this Saturday, February 23 at 10 a.m.
