The Disco Biscuits will play in Denver next weekend. That much isn't news, but late last night, the band announced a venue change -- again. Originally, the shows were going to take place at Sculpture Park. They were moved to Ruby Hill Park when that didn't work out, and the band took to Facebook yesterday to announce that the permits for Ruby Hill were not approved. Instead, all three shows will take place at the Ogden Theatre.

Here's the first part of the band's statement:

The permits for the new venue for Bisco on the Green were not approved. We took a gamble on this one (working with someone who isn't our normal Colorado promoter, because we thought the idea of 3 nights outdoors IN Denver sounded amazing) and it didn't work out. Sometimes, when things seem too good to be true, they end up being just that.

It concludes with the following:

We do apologize for any inconvenience. We are extremely excited that we were able to turn this tough situation into something positive and we look forward to getting out to Colorado to play another epic 3-night stand at the Ogden! With no early curfew.
