Following a strange kidnapping, the Boulder County Sheriff's Office issued a sketch of the suspect -- and that was the only image available even after the arrest of Joseph Scott Carter in the crime. Now, however, the BCSO has released a mug shot of Carter just in time for him to face formal charges today.
