Tasty Colfax Eats & Beats, a restaurant and pub crawl presented by Colfax on the Hill, spans the stretch of East Colfax Avenue between York Street and Colorado Boulevard. Last night, crawlers paid $30 each to sample the best food and beverages from 17 bars and restaurants in the Bluebird District, formed in 2013 to build and promote businesses around the Bluebird Theater.
Participating restaurants and bars included Annie’s Café, Chow Urban Grill, Denver Biscuit Company, Fat Sully’s Pizza, the Good Son, Goosetown Tavern, Heidi’s Brooklyn Deli, Hooked on Colfax, The Humble Pie Store, Lula Rose General Store, Mezcal, New World Cheese, Southside Kitchen & Bar, Trattoria Stella, Steve’s Snappin’ Dogs, Tommy’s Thai and To the Wind Bistro.
