The original outpost of the Kitchen opened in Boulder in 2004; a second was added on the corner of Wazee Street and the 16th Street Mall in Denver in 2012. Now, the Denver outpost is one of the few remaining locally owned options on the Mall, and it continues to serve an impressive menu of shareable plates and appetizers.
