Co-owner Danny Wang says he just signed a lease on a new location and will give it away on American Craft Beer Radio during the brewery's anniversary party on May 18.

"We looked at this from the standpoint of being more neighborly," says Wang. "How could we set up a place where people can gather and enjoy good beers in a hyper-local setting, and how could we do it economically?"
Wang and his wife, Betty, founded the brewery in a business park in April 2011 as a production-only facility before adding the taproom in May 2012. They always planned to add a second spot, however. Once it is open, the original location will function more as a production brewery, but will still retain its taproom.
"We got lucky with the space we found and I can't wait to tell people about it," Wang says, adding that the equipment has already been ordered and is on the way.
The anniversary party will begin at 11 a.m. in the original location on Saturday, May 18 with sixteen Caution beers on tap, live music and other events; American Craft Beer Radio will broadcast live from the party from noon to 1 p.m.
