The brewery and tasting room - complete with a patio, bar games and free WiFi -- is owned and operated by Parker residents Tom and Marcia Bell and uses recipes designed by Tom, who has been a homebrewer for twenty years.
"I have a strong passion for making the best beer I can," says Tom, a former heavy-equipment mechanic whose favorite style is Hefeweizen. Other beers on tap include Mineshaft Kolsch, Wapati Wheat. Ghost Town Brown and Elkhorn Stout.
The Bells bought their brewing equipment from Dry Dock Brewing in Aurora, which has since expanded, and they can make seven barrels at a time, twice a week. Tom says he is working on establishing accounts at a couple of local restaurants.
Tasting room hours are Monday to Thursday, from 3 to 9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, from noon to 11 p.m.; and Sunday, from noon to 9 p.m.
