As its name suggests, much of the menu at this eatery is devoted to foods that are vessels for syrup — and the kitchen makes several versions of the sticky stuff, including classics and seasonal offerings. The syrup gets poured over pancakes, waffles and French toast in the sun-soaked dining room that serves breakfast, lunch and brunch to the neighborhoods around City Park; the third location in this locally owned chain opened in April 2016. But there are more than just sweet options here: The savory breakfasts and lunch items are just as popular with diners who aren't looking to induce a diabetic coma on a Sunday morning.
