From 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 24, brewmasters from Summit County's five breweries will pour it on for the eighth annual Festival of the Brewpubs at Arapahoe Basin, which is still open for skiing as well as drinking. For more info, go to www.arapahoebasin.com.

The charming Gold Hill Inn, 401 Main Street in Gold Hill, will holds its annual Memorial Day Blues Barbecue from noon to 5 p.m. on Monday, May 25. The Informants, the Delta Sonics and Laurie D. and the Blues Babes will play; the menu includes smoked salmon and apple-cider beef brisket.
