"Extravaganza" is not a word to throw around lightly, but the National Western Stock Show's Mexican Rodeo Extravaganza holds up to that title with flair. The annual event features horse-riding, bull-fighting, trick-roping, traditional dancing and hundreds of cheering fans in the stands.
