Once upon a time, a man named Noah Alper created a little bagel company called Noah's New York Bagels; it grew up to become Einstein's Bagels. The man behind Einstein's is also an author who wrote Business Mensch, and Alper will be speaking at 7:30 a.m. today at a breakfast that's part of the JAAMM Festival at the Mizel Arts and Culture Center, 350 South Dahlia Street.
